14 ways to stop dry itchy winter skin
Take lukewarm, not hot, showers. Avoid loofahs, rough washcloths and exfoliating body washes. Stay away from harsh soaps, such as deodorant and antibacterial soaps. Look for milder, fragrance-free soaps. After washing, lightly pat your skin dry, then apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp. Buy mild moisturizers without perfumes or alcohols in the ingredients....
